Orders New

1. The size did not fit me. Can I exchange a t-shirt?

When placing an order and specifying sizes, it is important to understand that the dimensional grids of different manufacturers differ. For example, if you wear XL size shirts, it’s not a fact that you need the same size of T-shirts.

We strongly recommend you to check out our size table and select the correct size in advance before placing your order.

In which cases we make an exchange or refund:

1) The size that our managers recommended was not suitable for you.

2) You found a marriage on the product.

3) There is no print element (unprinted letter, pattern element, stripes or spots on the print).

When we do not exchange or refund:

1) You ignored the recommendations of our managers and the characteristics of our products in the dimensional table and chose the size at your discretion, but it did not suit you.

2) You tried on and paid for the product in our office. But when you returned home, you decided that the clothes is not sitting right.

3) You are not satisfied with the color or style of the product.

2. What is the order fulfillment time?

Fulfillment of the order takes from 1 day to a maximum of 5 business days. We make every effort to ensure that orders are shipped as soon as possible. The time of delivery (1-7 business days) should be added to the production time, depending on the form of shipment.

3. Can any changes be made after placing an order?

Yes, but only if the order has not been put into production. To make a change, please contact us immediately via the form in the " Contacts " tab. The changes may include, for example, typos, spelling errors, and minimal changes to the overall design.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only if no payment has been made.

5. Can orders be placed by e-mail or by phone?

Orders can only be placed via a special form on our website.

6. How do I determine my T-shirt size?

Very simple. All you need to do is know your parameters or measure your favorite T-shirt with a ruler and compare this data with the T-shirt sizes in the " Sizes" section.

7. Where can I add comments to the order?

Such a possibility occurs at the stage of placing the order. Please enter important information in the "Comments" box.

9. Do I need to register to place an order?

No, the order can be placed without having an account.

3. How much time do I have to make a transfer?

The maximum time to make a transfer is 14 days from the date of order confirmation. Failure to record the payment within this period results in the automatic cancellation of the order.

4. Are the prices in the PrintSalon store inclusive of tax?

In the PrintSalon.pl store, the prices of goods are given in Polish zlotys and include all components, including tax. VAT, but not including delivery costs.

5. What if I don't receive the shipment?

If the order delivered by the courier company, InPost parcel locker or Poczta Polska is not collected, the customer is obliged to re-pay for the shipment in the amount of twice the value of the original amount of shipment resulting from charging the Online Store with a fee for returning the shipment to its seat.

6. Can I pay on delivery?

Unfortunately, no, we proceed to the order only after the prepayment is credited.

2. Is the delivery included in the price of the goods?

The cost of delivery of the order is not included in the price of the goods given in the catalog, and is included in the total cost of the order when placing it.

3. When will I receive my order?

Delivery takes place within 1-7 days, depending on the remoteness of the estate and the chosen delivery method. More information on the terms of delivery can be found in the " Payment & Delivery " section of the website.

4. Is it possible to deliver outside of Poland?

Yes, it is possible, but such shipments are priced individually.

5. Is it possible to set a later shipping date?

The order is shipped immediately after its production and completion. It is possible to set a different shipping date or withhold it - please provide such data in the notes to the order

6. Can I change the delivery address to a different address than the one provided when placing the order?

If the order has not been shipped, you can make a change by contacting us by e-mail to the address provided in the " Contacts " tab.

7. How long do i have to pick up my order?

There are 14 working days to collect the package from the moment of receiving the e-mail confirming that it is ready for collection. After this period, the goods are destroyed and there is no possibility of reimbursement.

Constructor

1. I want to order a T-shirt with my own design. Is it possible?

Of course! To do this, go to the " Constructor " section and read the instructions carefully. Follow all instructions to place an order of your design.

2. Is it possible to change the print or add your own element on the finished product from the PrintSalon store, e.g. a t-shirt?

Yes, it is possible. Below the photo of each product there is a link "Edit print in Constructor", which should be used.

3. Can the printing occur on the side or sleeve of the garment?

Possible areas for printing are the front, back ta sleeve of the garment in question, in the working area defined in the Constructor .

4. What format of graphic files can be uploaded to the Wizard?

Accepted formats are JPEG, JPG, PNG or vector CDR, EPS, AI, PSD, TIFF. Minimum 72 dpi resolution, 1:1 image size. Please note that small pictures cannot be printed in large size. To apply a photo to the full width of the printable area, you need the highest quality image with no glaring pixelation, preferably in PNG format with a transparent background.

5. What is the maximum printable area?

The maximum single print area is 37x42 cm.

Goods quality

1. What kind of T-shirts/blouses are used to apply the prints? Is the quality good?

We use only the best materials to make cool printed products!

T-shirts and sweatshirts are of the highest quality - Stedman (production in Belgium), JHK (Bangladesh).

They fit perfectly, very resistant to wear.

2. How is the image applied to the shirt / sweatshirt? Will it crack after the first wash?

We only use the best consumables for printing on T-shirts and sweatshirts. For more information on printing methods, see " Printing Technology ".

For example, in thermal transfer printing, the image is applied with a special flex foil. Such a print does not wash off, does not fade, does not lose color and does not crack. Today it is the most reliable printing method! A t-shirt / sweatshirt with this print will serve you for years!

3. How to take care of the T-shirt? How to wash and iron it?

Garment care instructions:

  • before washing, the product should be turned inside out;
  • do not dry clean the product;
  • wash in a gentle mode at a temperature not higher than 40 ° C;
  • do not use a tumble dryer;
  • do not use aggressive chemicals (bleaches);
  • before ironing, the product should be turned inside out.

4. How to care for mugs with prints?

Cookware care instructions:

  • do not use powder cleaners;
  • use only liquid detergents;
  • do not use metal brushes or scrapers when washing the cup.

Exchange and return

1. I found a defect. Will I receive a refund or exchange of goods?

Of course! If the delivered product is damaged, has a different print, is in a different size or color, then make a complaint . Describe exactly what the defect of the advertised product is or why it does not meet your expectations. And don't forget to include photos of the advertised product. After registering the complaint, you should expect the results of the verification of the complaint (the verification process takes up to 14 business days). After that you will receive an e-mail with information about the status of the complaint along with the further steps that you need to take to finalize the complaint process.

2. If the clothing is too small or too large, can it be replaced with a different size?

To exchange goods for a different size, complete the exchange form .

The customer is not entitled to exchange non-prefabricated goods, manufactured according to the customer's specifications or to meet his individual needs, e.g. goods with their own imprint (including those designed in the wizard) and personalized goods (i.e. manufactured under the customer's guidelines, e.g. with the given name, date , name, etc.) pursuant to art. 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.

Please note that products that can be returned cannot bear traces of use (wearing, washing, etc.), and should be packaged in an appropriate manner to ensure that the package is not damaged during transport.

5. How to make an exchange?

To understand if you can exchange the purchased product and how to do it, refer to the diagram below.

Is the product personalized?

Yes:

  • Unfortunately, the customer is not entitled to exchange non-prefabricated goods, manufactured according to the customer's specifications or to meet his individual needs, e.g. goods with his own print (including those designed in the wizard) and personalized goods (i.e. manufactured under the customer's guidelines, e.g. with the given name , date, name etc.) pursuant to art. 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.

No:

  • To exchange the product for a different color or size, complete the exchange form . Please note that the product must not show signs of use (wearing, washing, etc.), and should also be packaged in an appropriate manner to ensure that the package is not damaged during transport.
  • After registering the exchange in the store's system and receiving confirmation by e-mail, make a payment for the chosen form of shipping. The exchange will not be carried out without proper payment!
  • Print the exchange document, attach it to the exchanged product and send it by the preferred method (we do not collect parcels on delivery) to our address.

6. How to make a complaint?

We regret that the delivered goods turned out to be defective. To clarify this situation, make a complaint . Familiarize yourself with the diagram below to understand how to do it.

The product you received does not comply with the contract?

If the delivered product is damaged, has a different print, is in a different size or color, then make a complaint in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • describe exactly what the defect of the advertised product is or why it does not meet your expectations. And don't forget to include photos of the advertised product;
  • after registering the complaint, you should expect the results of the verification of the complaint (the verification process takes up to 14 business days). After that you will receive an e-mail with information about the status of the complaint along with the further steps that you need to take to finalize the complaint process.

What can you get

  • Product replacement.
    Complete the address to which we will deliver the order. The claimed product cannot bear traces of use (wearing, washing, etc.), and should also be packaged in an appropriate manner, ensuring that the package is not damaged during transport.
  • Price reduction or refund.
    Enter the number of the bank account to which the money is to be returned. The refund will be made using the same methods that were used in the original transaction
